Nice people, nice location. On site parking which is odd for a boutique hotel in SF. Only complaint is there is no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. Minor nit.

The service was truly 5-star, and the check-in process was seamless. We loved the room and the beautiful interior of the hotel. It made our stay feel very special.
