The place is very dated and with poor maintanence. Smells like swamp with decaying animals.

I stayed at this hotel with two small children: one 4 years old and one 5-month-old baby, and the experience was shocking and completely unacceptable.
Check-in is only allowed after 4:00 PM, but during the weekend there was absolutely no one at reception until almost 4:00 PM. In the morning, there was no staff available at all. This does not feel like a functioning hotel.
When I spoke to the receptionist, she smelled strongly of alcohol (wine) while talking to me, which was extremely unprofessional, especially when dealing with a family with small children.
We were charged extra for the children: a total of *** €, even though hotel policies clearly state that young children can stay for free when using existing bedding. This charge was forced on us despite our objections.
After arguing, they brought a camping baby cot that was filthy, damaged, and clearly not suitable for a baby. The baby blanket was torn and had cigarette burn holes, and the pillow smelled of mold and dampness. This is dangerous and unacceptable for infants.
To make matters worse, the receipt they gave me was completely false. It showed:
• restaurant consumption (antipasto), which never happened
• payment in cash, while I paid by card
The room and the entire hotel were very dirty and poorly maintained. Hygiene standards were extremely low.
Overall, this hotel does not deserve even half a star. Between the dirt, the unsafe conditions for children, the dishonest charges, and the unprofessional staff behavior, I strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you are traveling with children.
