Very welcoming reception. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, smelling fresh, tea/coffee available in room and chiller stocked with water &soft drinks -all free. Would defo go back.

המלון ממוקם בין החנויות ובתי הקפה בעיר העתיקה בסרמיונה, ממש ליד הטירה. המקום מוקף חנויות, מסעדות, בוטיקים, גלידריות ומכל מקום יש גישה לאגם גארדה.
במלון יש רק חדרים. את ארוחת הבוקר אוכלים בבית הקפה הצמוד למלון. ארוחה נהדרת ושירות מושלם.
כל אנשי הקבלה במלון (פגשנו שתי נשים וגבר) מקסימים ושירותיים.
החניה מחוץ למלון בתשלום אבל המתארחים במלון מקבלים תו חנייה בחינם למשך זמן השהות. מהחנייה למלון יש כמה דקות הליכה ויש אפשרות גם לשאטל עד פתח המלון.
אנחנו חנינו בתשלום וכשהגענו לקבלה קיבלנו שובר לחנייה ויצאנו להעביר את הרכב לחנייה שלהם.
מומלץ לבקר בתקופות חמות, האגם שם מדהים וניתן לקפוץ למים בכל פינה.

This hotel might not have a pool or a lake view, but it truly shines through in many other ways. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plus, we had access to sunbeds at Jamaica Beach and enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant next door.
The standout feature, though, was Tanina, the manager and host. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay absolutely unforgettable. She helped me surprise my wife for her birthday, and her thoughtful touches, like the gifted boat trip and fantastic food and travel recommendations, made everything so special. It’s clear that Tanina has poured her heart and passion into making every guest feel welcome. We’ve already told all our friends about this amazing experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff. Super polite and helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable. Limited hours for the shuttle to parking lot and breakfast (not until 8am). Overall lovely stay.
