The room was just great. The location was also very good. The hotel is old, but has been remodeled and is in great shape. It apparently has a history of being haunted---and you could see why, sort of a "The Shining" vibe, but we experienced no ghosts or apparitions :). Highly recommend.

We stayed for a concert at Keybank. Pretty close walk. The same staff was there in the evening and in the morning and was very pleasant both times! Very cute place to stay. We’ve been here a few times and will definitely come back.
If I had to critique one thing. The coffee in the room was horrible.
