We had long trip and arrived at seatac 2am. The shuttle was easy our room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good enough. I'll definitely use this one again if we need! 셔틀 방 컨디션 조식 공항 근처 호텔로 이용하기 좋아요.

For someone who travels a lot as a retirement couple, I do think that Hampton Inn and Suites Seattle Airport @ 28th has plenty of room for improvement. Hotel’s front desk seems to be non responsive to customer’s inquiries. Hotel shuttle is extremely unreliable. It took almost 40 mins and several repeated phone calls to get pickup from the airport when I arrived. On the way out to the airport, they said shuttle will depart every half an hour on the hour but it lated almost 20 minutes. I frankly don’t think people here at this Hampton Inn caring enough for their customers to be punctual and service oriented. Besides front desk and shuttle services, I would rate this hotel as 3-star at best. Caveat emptor!

This hotel is a great option when needing an overnight stay close to the airport. I really appreciated the staff being so friendly and accommodating. I got there a few hours before check in time and they let me check in, which I really appreciated since I was coming back after a long flight. They have an airport shuttle from and to the airport which is really convenient, they can also take you to nearby restaurants if you wish. They also have an offer with GrubHub that allows you to order with no delivery fee. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were so friendly, room big clean, transportation to hotel and some local restaurants. I will stay here Everytime with my family when I come through the airport.
