    Excellent facilities, staff very helpful and friendly,location o k ,we used ubers to get to locations , or you could walk about 20, 25 mins. Would definately stay here again!

    Gorgeous Hotel, just beautiful, inside & out.. from the moment arriving it just felt special.. Stunning lobby & bar area. Rooms are amazing & so big .. bathroom huge .. would definitely book this hotel again and was value for money ! my daughter said it was her favourite hotel and we’ve stayed in some nice places

    Beautifully renovated, repurposed building. It’s honestly the best thing about the hotel. Staff were all friendly and professional. The Spa is not included and has very limited booking spaces. £30pp for non-residents, £20pp for residents. Very firmly 4* - could easily be 5* with attention to detail and final touches.

    Looks good on paper and try’s hard but lacks in detail in most areas - frankly, unless you are a die hard Everton Fan there are better options in the surrounding areas at a similar price.
