I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mary, easily the best hotel of our month-long trip through Italy and Switzerland. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They even parked our car for us and brought it back whenever we required it. We were consistently assisted with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, making the experience seamless. Our sea-view room offered pleasant views, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from. Every morning, we were warmly greeted by Vincent, who really made our days start off on a high note.
The bed was very comfortable, and I want to give a special mention to the housekeeping team—they were not only thorough but also incredibly proactive. Even if they weren’t the ones cleaning our room, they always greeted us with a warm smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable; I even witnessed a cleaner meticulously cleaning the walls! It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining the property.
The lifts were spacious, comfortably fitting 2-3 people, which is a welcome change from the typical cramped lifts found in many Italian hotels. While there was no kettle in the room, one was promptly provided upon request. Overall, the photos don’t do the hotel justice—it truly felt like a 5-star experience.

You must book a sea view room! I booked the wrong room which is look at the street.
Room is spacios and nice. Clean and big. Staff is nice.
Parking is available, just drop your key and they will parked for you.
