Independent farmhouse with groundfloor and first floor, quiet position, easily to reach.
Six bedrooms in total: 3 of them are with double bed, 3 are with double bed+single bed.
Living rooms with sofas, fireplaces, and kitchen corners, to relax, for talking and reading.
In the downstair, a big dining room with fireplace to cook and for living all together+ kitchen well equipped (fridge, microvawes oven, electric oven, dishwasher, american coffee machine).
Outside, some tables, chairs and sunbeds in the shade.
A panoramic swimming pool (7,50X15) furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs.
Around the pool, a big barbecue, a gazebo, tables and sofas to relax and dining out.
Included services: covered car park, children toys, football table, ping pong, washing machine.

I do not even know where to begin. The property itself was spacious and quaint with everything we could have wanted for a group of 12 people. The kitchen space made for a great family dinner spot and living room for game night. The pool with views of the Tuscan hillsides was literally from a book. Pictures do not do it justice!! I definitely plan to retire here some day in the future.
Also cannot say enough of how helpful and ind Antonella was as a host. Would recommend to any friends/family looking for a relaxing, beautiful vacation spot

A great farmhouse with excellent facilities which was perfect for our large group over the New Year period. Excellent accomodation with en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, and 3 separate cooking areas available if needed. Situated in a great location for visiting the beautiful Val d'Orcia.
Antonella is a good host and was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Good value for money.
We highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals together.
Antonella was a great host - she was kind, available when we needed her and helped us arrange transportation back to Rome for part of the group.

In un gruppo di 16 persone (più un bimbo) siamo stati per una settimana in questa bellissima casa e siamo stati benissimo: la casa è confortevole, spaziosa, accogliente e ha ogni servizio e comfort per trascorrere una vacanza tra amici in completo relax, tra passeggiate in campagna e visita ai splendidi borghi della Val d'Orcia. E' stata un'ottima soluzione per la nostra vacanza invernale, ma non vediamo l'ora di trovare un'occasione per tornarci anche in estate sfruttando la piscina e gli spazi all'aperto!
