Comfy bed, good wifi connection and tv in perfect spot for tv in bed with a cuppa. Unfortunately our room had no tea or sugar but I popped to tesco 1 min away and got cheap ones. Room had fridge so got milk to keep in there so perfect really. Location was good easy to get around and reach everywhere.

Finally found a unit where air-con is a thing! The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was located at the 1st floor and they did offer help to carry our luggage up the stairs. Facilities provided were complete (equipped kitchen, washing machine with built-in dryer, spacious bathroom, AC!). A comfortable place for 3 pax. At night, it was a pretty quiet area. Finsbury Park underground is within walking distance.

It was a pleasant stay and although they did not have a separate bed they were kind and thoughtful to offer a comfortable bunk bed for my colleague.

The facilities couldn't be better really, very spacious, great bedroom, fantastic kitchen & the best shower room. Warm cosy, clean & quiet. It would have been excellent if it had a lift but the receptionist helped me so that was good. The main issue is the Agora property details states there is a car park but on arrival, the clerk didn’t know about parking. When pressed he said he could arrange for street parking but it was on a red route!!! I have mobility issues so the parking was critical for me especially as it was Christmas so public traffic was reduced. This is unfair & should be made clearer on the property details as its misleading. I would either not have driven at all or not chosen this property if I knew there was not a car park at the property. That was the only aspect that caused me to worry whether I would get a ticket or get towed which was not a nice feeling at Christmas. It’s a shame as I really wanted to give this top marks but its important to be truthful to help other prospective travellers, whom I hope I have helped.
