Bedroom was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was exceptional. Had fresh fruit salad, and bacon, cheese, mushroom and tomato panini - lovely. Very easy walk to promenade and into town.

We booked last minute to visit family in half term, on arrival we was greeted by one of the owners, he was lovely and welcoming and explained everything. (there had been a boiler issue, but this didn’t affect us) We had room 1 which was downstairs in the basement, nice and spacious for a family of 4. Clean & Tidy. Great for a 3 star b&b
