The room was filthy with cobwebs and fluff balls behind the sink. The hairdryer hose fell off. The floorboards creaked every time. Two of the wooden lats on the bed were broken. The plaster was coming off the wall under the window. The window frame was rotten. Only 1 of the 3 light bulbs worked. There was a smell from the bar. The stairs leading upto the room were filthy with a coating of dust and hair. The whole place needs a complete renovation. Tea and coffee facilities needed cleaning, as the sugar had split in the pot and had hardened. The mattress needs burning as it was too soft and lumpy. The room was boiling hot, we had to go and buy an electric fan. 🙄

My daughter is an international student at Bangor University and this was a PERFECT location to the school. Accommodations were wonderful and comfortable. I also apricated that they allowed us to keep our luggage at the front desk while we explore the town. We arrived very early (11am). Just eat before you go as the kitchen was in remodel or just not open.

Staff were nice and good location. Pretty good breakfast. Like other reviews have said the place needs a major revamp as looks very tired.
