Best parts of staying here - Location was great . In the centre ,6 mins from the bust stop . Nearby cafes but also extremely silent rooms . We arrived early and the front desk was welcoming and gave us a room at 8 am even though check in was at 1 pm . Also they upgraded our room and also gave us a good deal for next day after check out .,where we stayed until 8 at night . Breakfast was simple and tasty ; they extended it for us as we came late after baloon ride . Room- cave room with two windows , bed was comfortable,linens super clean and crispy . Room was extremely silent , never have I slept so peacefully with no external sounds . Clean room with simple amenities . Toilet was okay , clean no smell , hot was always available . Only the shower head was clogged with calcium . Multiple power plugs where there in the room . Communication through phone or the app was the only thing which was a bit difficult as the responses were nil or delayed . Big thanks to the male Receptionist , good language and very helpful & kind .

The location was great — close to Sunset Point, restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops. We could easily walk to nice restaurants and reach Sunset Point within 10 minutes. However, the reception was rarely staffed, and guests often waited in the lobby for someone to appear. We had to look for the staff several times. The staff were not very friendly, but they did try their best to help whenever we asked. The room condition was disappointing. Two of the four power outlets didn’t work, and even after repair, one still didn’t function. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, and although it was fixed once, it clogged again after one use. There was only one trash bin, no fridge, no water provided, and the room smelled musty. The bathroom vent was dusty, and there was nowhere to hang towels or store belongings. Amenities were minimal — only a bottle of “shampoo,” which looked like hand sanitizer. No shower gel or basic toiletries were provided, and none of this was mentioned on Agoda. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, even near the reception, so we ended up using our own data. We also used the housekeeping service once — they changed the towels and made the bed, but nothing more. On the positive side, the breakfast view was amazing. The food quality and coffee were not impressive, but the scenic view made up for it. The hotel was also quiet and good for resting. Overall, I would rate it 5 out of 10. Great location and view, but disappointing in cleanliness, facilities, and service. ⸻ 🇰🇷 한국어 후기 (for Korean readers) 제목: 조식 뷰와 위치는 훌륭하지만, 위생과 편의는 많이 아쉽다 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 선셋 포인트와 레스토랑, 카페, 기념품 상점들이 가까워서 식사나 산책하기에도 편리했고, 도보 10분 이내로 선셋 포인트에 갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 리셉션에는 직원이 거의 상주하지 않았습니다. 손님들이 로비에서 직원이 오기를 기다리는 모습을 자주 볼 수 있었고, 우리도 여러 번 직접 찾아가 요청해야 했습니다. 직원들이 아주 친절한 편은 아니었지만, 요청하면 최대한 도와주려는 태도는 보였습니다. 객실 상태는 전반적으로 실망스러웠습니다. 콘센트 4개 중 2개는 고장 났고, 수리 후에도 하나는 여전히 작동하지 않았습니다. 욕조 배수도 한 번 사용 후 바로 막혀버려 결국 포기했습니다. 쓰레기통은 화장실에만 하나 있었고, 냉장고와 생수도 없었으며, 방 안에는 환기가 되지 않아 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났습니다. 화장실 환풍기는 먼지로 막혀 있었고, 수건이나 옷을 걸 곳도 없었습니다. 어메니티는 샴푸 한 가지뿐이었습니다. 손 세정제처럼 보이는 액체가 있었는데, 물어보니 샴푸라고 했습니다. 샤워젤조차 제공되지 않았고, 아고다 설명에도 이런 안내는 전혀 없었습니다. 와이파이는 정말 최악이었습니다. 객실에서는 거의 사용할 수 없었고, 리셉션 근처에서도 연결이 끊겨 결국 포기했습니다. 데이터를 사용했지만, 카파도키아에서는 인터넷 속도 자체를 기대하기 어렵습니다. 하우스키핑은 하루 맡겼는데, 수건 교체와 침구 정리 정도만 되어 있었습니다. 그래도 조식 뷰만큼은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 음식 가짓수나 커피 맛은 평범했지만, 전망이 모든 걸 보완해주었습니다. 숙소가 조용해서 휴식하기에는 좋은 곳이었습니다. 총점은 10점 만점에 5점. 위치와 조식뷰는 훌륭하지만, 청결·편의시설·서비스는 많이 부족한 숙소였습니다. 가격 대비 만족도는 높지 않습니다.
