I kept on sneezing during my entire stay.I had allergic rhinitis so my nose can really detect if the area is dusty . I had severe allergy attack during my stay..please vacuum the room every day, thats the only problem..

Pretty cheap with a nice room. Big with a private bathroom and fast wifi. Professional desk worker and easy check in and out. Only a 20ish minute walk from la spezia centrale. Perfect for what we needed. The bed and pillows were a bit hard, and Agoda says there’s laundry but we weren’t able to find it or it didn’t actually have laundry—but other than that it was great.

The reception is open until 8 pm. The man on duty spoke excellent English, and was happy to explain everything to us. Air-conditioning is cool, it's in a quiet street just off a busy thoughfare with good cafe's and other shops. All white walls and ceilings to show the art to it's best. We walked from the train station which was an effort in the heat, but we are in our sixties and had backpacks on. We enjoyed the walk back in the cooler morning.

I guess the best way to explain this hotel is like a hostel for grown ups.
The rooms were completely and utterly basic. Bathroom was unpainted concreted walls as if it wasn’t finished. Not sure if that was the look desired, but the rest of the bathroom was modern and new so it didn’t match if so.
But we did have a smart tv which was good
The pillows/bedding and bed were uncomfortable and cheap.
To just have somewhere to stay for cheap in the town centre, it does the trick.
