If you want to Party all night long till the first Azan at 5.18 am - its the perfect place. Location at Bar Street with cafes all around, vibrant market/ shops, close to the Port. Friendly staff

The lady in the kitchen was friendly and helpful.
The room cleaning was not up to the mark. They wouldn't replenish soap, water, or tea/coffee kit. The floor mat disappeared after the first day.
Only soap, ear buds, shampoo, and shower caps given. Not replenished even when we had stayed for 3 days.
There is no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage. The person in reception helped us when we checked in. We were on our own during checkout.
The location is good. Close to harbour on one side, and bus terminal on the other side. The market is right in front.
It's not the customer's requirement to ask for stuff, the staff has to be courteous and friendly and ask what the customer wants.
