We are family with kid. This hotel is great choice for walking around Ferrara since it is in the center and right next to castle with a moat. Hotel is clean and staff speaks English.

I would go back specifically because of the location, just a couple of steps from the castle and I lived I could see it from my window, staff was helpful and polite, and its was clean. The only two things I would say let me down a bit was that my room felt an old fashioned and the air conditioning wasn’t working, but like I said everything else was great.
