The rooms are being cleaned everyday which id rate nowadays with most hotels.Mattress is comfortable and we slept really good. The area is very safe even at night. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment. Only thing is you can hear the noises from the rooms next to you. Also no aircon but it was comfortable in spring. Not sure in summer how hot it would be. Definitely recommend
