Room was clean and spacious. Hotel entrance could do with some upgrading but overall a positive experience

Room was clean & comfortable. Check in was difficult- spoke to 3 people before check in was sorted- took 1/2 hr standing on street waiting!!!
Entrance quite dirty looking. Booking didn’t have my parking request!
