Hotel is really good value for money. Our room was modern clean comfortable and warm. I will definitely stay again

Yes the room was clean and all staff were brilliant despite the odd mistake.
It is obviously a tourist bus stop and caters to them.
Thickness of walls was an issue. Room next to us the people were obviously hard of hearing so they had they tv up full until it timed out.
Worst two nights sleep I have ever had. Came home for a rest.
Drink prices are unreasonable so brought in our own. If prices were more reasonable you could have made more profit from us.
The games in lounge need fixed. Not even enough pieces to play a game of connect 4. Book choice limited. No chess or backgammon.
Food in deal was ok but not given choice to go for main menu, for lesser price if we did not need three courses

Stayed many times always clean, comfortable and quiet, 3 coaches there on Saturday night which caused problems with parking being tight and us being blocked in, however resolved quickly with the driver, check in staff lovely as always, haven’t eaten dinner or taken breakfast the last 2 trips as find it not as good as it has been historically so can’t comment on that, but an excellent hotel for a warm cosy convention location

Amazing place to stay! The room was spacious, quiet and always clean. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great quality. The parking was secure and really easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!
