I had the pleasure of staying at Lava Oia's for 4 nights, and the experience was absolutely amazing!
The view that you get is breathtaking. You get to see the rest of the village as well as the Aegean Sea, and I believe it's one of the best you can get from a hotel in Oia.
The owner, Ms. Petridou, as well as the staff are extremely nice and accommodating. As other people have mentioned, they truly do treat you like family.
The room that you get (I was in the Honeymoon suite) is very cozy and really gives off that traditional vibe.
The location of the hotel is great as well. Just a set of stairs up and you're right at the main road where you can walk further down into the pedestrian-only town.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Oia where you have a great view, great accommodations, friendly staff, and perfect location, then Lava Oia's is the place to be!

The view was breathtaking! Súper close to Oia activities and nightlife (~10min walk depending where you were going). The lady who owns the house was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

She is great with taking care of us: we felt likd we were her kids.she accommodated our transportations and allow us to check in early.
