Good location near a bus stop and shops.
The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle.
There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee.
Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear.

Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful.
The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus.
The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area with a few bars, cafés and small shops.
I really enjoyed Rennes and hope to return soon.

Didn’t have breakfast but a lot of places nearby to gave food and also a Lidl’s nearby. Lovely clean room.
