The Piazza Heritage Hotel is right in the center of the old town , Diocletian palace ground . The staffs are exceptional. Luke helped me when I was panic of missed confirmation of booking . I called him from Canada at night , he immediately confirmed my booking which released me from my panic. Also checked for me for free pick up from bus station. Mario came to bus station waited for 20 min for our bus and drived and walked us to hotel . Thank you Neeka and another lady who walked us to the morning tour gathering site . The room is beautiful, elegant and clean. We had a wonderful stay at Split . Thank you

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. It is located just at the square so easy to access everything.
The breakfast is quite average though and didn’t have many options especially for vegetarians. The body lotion in the small bottles is hard to squeeze out. Otherwise everything was nice-lots of restaurants close by.
Would certainly recommend the Hotel.

The hotel is in the center of the city. everything is walkable. People were taking pictures of this hotel from outside, so its almost like a touristy spot. Location is absolutely terrific and the staff is extreemely helpful.. The breakfast is also really good... worth every penny
