Not Los Bungalows fault, but Agoda didn't email me with the Hotel's keyless entry info until 10pm the evening of my check in date. I had to call the hotel and she texted the info to me very efficiently.

what a rundown property. before you book, just know that the premium pricing is 99% due to location. 1% to having a bed to sleep in. touchless checkin process was frustrating as agoda kept on blocking the link needed for me to verify identity and make deposit payment. multiple emails direct to the property and finally a phone call walking us through the emails finally got us into our room. For what we paid, it was quite subpar. poorly maintained and not furniture, heater, bathroom were not clean. stains everywhere and heater barely worked. no linens or pillows were provided for the pullout bed so bring your own pillows and blankets since there's no housekeeping to help you!!

Right across from beach. Nice spacious room, although old hotel it is comfortable. Beaches had signs that another sewage leak from Tijuana occurred so that apparently is a common occurrence. But obviously nothing to do with hotel
