I booked a motel initially for three nights and then added two more nights on the final night that I should have left I was promised to receive toiletries twice. So I went five nights with no clean fresh linen no soap or toilet tissue. I was promised those things twice from the staff but they failed to come through no one offered to change the linen on my bed either after being here for four nights. When I called the office and told them I've been here for nights with with no toiletries or linen I was told to bring my towels down to them and they would exchange them out. I felt that was an inconvenience considering it was in the evening I'm here with my pajamas on and it's cold outside in Cincinnati like in the thirties so I felt that that was really not a good look for the motel here for them not to bring me towels and to make me to inconvenience me to come out in the cold to come get towels when that was something they were supposed to provide in the first place not professional
