Whether you're visiting Frankfurt for a short break or a longer business trip, Brera Apartments is an enjoyable place to stay, particularly for independent young travellers. Below is a list of its many advantages and the few drawbacks. The reasonably priced flats make it a particularly attractive option.
+ Relatively good location - 10 min. on foot to Frankfurt West station, from which one can reach any destination (University, Trade Fair, etc.).
+ Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. The administration is easy to reach via email.
+ High-quality furniture and kitchenware.
+ The building and the flats have a modern design.
+ Spacious shower and toilet.
- Despite the flat accommodating up to two people, there is only a single seat.
- There is no place/niche where to put the soap or shampoo in the shower box.
- There are no hooks next to the shower for hanging things up.
- A fan is provided, but it is too noisy.

The hotel need a marketing team to understand that
There strict change policy is causing harm to everyone
*** there staff at home during weeend
The hotel manager and many guests
That has requirements to change / amend - extend / upgraded their stay but faced with the staff on duty that are empty handed and ask to do any change through APP
The APP is locked and ask for a full cancellation fee for upgrading the room to higher category or extending the stay
This situation has never seen before in any place
I can understand this could be for canceling but not for upgrade / extension .
The people at the marketing should know the amount of difficulties the customer and the staff are having from such behavior
Then everything has to wait for their operating hours 9-5 during weekdays only

Me alojé en un estudio del Brera durante 3 semanas, en una de las habitaciones que dan a la calle. El lugar: súper iluminado y tranquilo. El estudio cuenta con lo indispensable para lo que yo necesitaba (un lugar sereno, con cocina, ducha...). El cuarto era pequeño pero tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómoda: buen closet, sofá, mesita y silla, y televisor. Mi internet funcionó sin inconvenientes.
En recepción, muy atentos a consultas e inquietudes. El edificio cuenta con lo necesario (hay lavadora y secadora. Hay que llevar el propio jabón, sin embargo). Suele haber café y galleticas en el salón comunal.
El edificio queda a dos cuadras de la parada del bus y tranvía, y a cuatro cuadras de la estación del sub. (Desde la estación central de Fráncfort se llega aquí en 4 o 5 paradas en tranvía.) El barrio es tranquilo y se puede caminar hacia y desde las estaciones con seguridad, incluso tarde en la noche. Hay locales de comida de precio promedio cerca, y un supermercado a pocas cuadras.
Durante mi estadía saltaron las alarmas de incendio un par de veces, por gente que no tiene en cuenta el humo al cocinar, supongo. Los bomberos llegaron en ambas ocasiones muy rápidamente. Las alarmas dicen, sin embargo, que el establecimiento está equipado para la seguridad de los clientes.
La relación calidad-precio me pareció justa.
