    When we arrive she already had our room assigned and then on top of that we went inside my husband takes a shower and there was only one wash cloth and one towel and one floor mat and it’s two people and it wasn’t no soap and then I had to take the back of toilet top off to flush it because she stated that’s how hers is but before that I went down to the office and told the guy our toilet doesn’t flush and his response was well I have to give you your money back and how’s is that if I paid online with my credit card and he said I can refund you but you want get it until 2-5 days and not firm there in a strange land and you couldn’t give us another room . I don’t know what’s wrong with businesses lately, but to me and my opinion, they don’t deserve to have a business if you’re gonna treat people in that form of manner and you wonder why things don’t go right in your business because it’s all about how you treat others and how you perform great customer service because when you perform great customer service that person is gonna come back and gonna spread the word to come to that particular hotel but it isn’t
