We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Hotel Aachen. The room was clean and staff quickly responded to our request for extra pillows (we originally only had one each). All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Not much noise outside considering how busy the Christmas markets were, so we slept comfortably.

The hotel is very well located for someone looking to enjoy the tourist attractions which there are many only a few meters away.

Very clean room! Very quiet although across from elevator. Room 218 was quite nice. Excellent stay and very close to center of town.
