Very disappointing stay. I paid a premium for a beachfront room with a peaceful view, but upon arrival found the hotel closed for low season — with no prior notice from Agoda or the hotel. A small sign on the door redirected guests to a sister hotel, which was a huge downgrade.
The new room was on a low floor, noisy from the restaurant below, and had none of the serene views I booked for. Totally not worth the price, and the lack of communication and service recovery was unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room were at the lower level but we were still able to see at the sea. The breakfast was very nice and it was included in the package. Definitely recommended this hotel due to its location , which is close to the port nearby to City center l but not too crowded.

For the price (*** per night), this hotel was extremely disappointing. There were no real amenities, the AC didn’t work properly, and when I brought it up, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The only positives were the location and the free breakfast, but those don’t justify the cost. I would not stay here again.
