Service was a bit haphazard due to being understaffed. Liam (Mansger?) seemed to be jack of all trades and helping out where possible. But disappointed at being called darling all the time by a member of reception staff. Bed very hard and pillows very hard too. Mentioned to Liam at checkout to be told that they have feather pillows! Nowhere in the room did it say that other pillows were available. Overall - very disappointing for the money (£180) but I’m guessing you are paying a premium to be near (ish) to Chatsworth.

Great room, very comfy and had everything we needed. WiFi a little intermittent as studying in the annexe across from main hotel. Good good, friendly staff.
