Our entire stay was amazing. The rooms are very nice and very clean period. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I return.

Room on a high floor facing the Bay was excellent. Location adjacent to the Emeryville AMTRAK station was ideal for our travel plans. This hotel is understaffed and the basic accessibility thru the doors is terrible. The sensors on the doors were not working and it was difficult to operate with luggage. An elderly disabled person could not get assistance with her luggage or getting to her room. Luckily a kind hearted fellow guest and former Boy Scout (are you ever a former Boy Scout) went out to the parking lot, got her luggage and assisted her up to her room.

Train station behind hotel convenient, and breakfast was yummy. The quakers were there to confirm the quality of the oatmeal they sold the hotel.
