Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and airy. Lovely balcony.
Breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Beautiful to sit outside and see the scenery whilst eating breakfast.

Friendly staff and perfect location near tram. View on cathedral and out de dome was great.
Underground car park made loading and unloading very easy incl direct access to room via lift for wheelchair user
