This was a transit hotel for us, as we've been to Dresden many times, as just needed a place near the Autobahn. As such, it met the moment. Service in the restaurant was very, very slow, unusual for Germany, we found. I had trouble even getting the bill to pay. Food very ordinary. I think in some ways we could have done better than this place for a transit hotel, and if you have the time, best to do a better search than we did.

--Wonderful service in all areas--front desk, restaurant, extra pillow to room
--Wonderful restaurant at dinner and breakfast--attentive and friendly service, excellent food, reasonable prices
--Easy access from Neustadt train station--we had heavy bags and didn't want to carry them onto a bus, so took a taxi, but the bus and tram access would have been easy.
