    My stay here was great, very clean great price and close to my location I was visiting some family, accessible to interstate and 4 miles from my family I was visiting in Austin without having to get on interstate to reach them, Staff was very friendly!!! Was overall happy with my stay and I will definitely book her again on my next visit to Austin !!!! ❤️

    Stay here with my wife and toddler. This hotel is new and fairly clean. We don't like carpets as this holds dust and dirt so appreciate the hard flooring instead inside the room.

    My stay at this Avid hotel is June 9 to june 11, 2025. I reserved one room at Avid in Austin, TX because of low room rate, but when I check in at front desk, she asked me $100 more for deposit that to be refunded when check out. That shocked me because I did not expect this extra cost. Later, when I checked out, the woman told me the money will be refunded in THREE business days. I do not like the way they do business here. They hold up my money for too long. About 2 days stay in this hotel, my first experience is the odor of the room. It smell as if It has not been ventilated for a long time. The chair is old, torn , has stains, so are the seat cushions and the back side of the comforter There are also cracks on the bathroom floor. The body gel bottle is empty. The toilet seat is loosening The door viewer is blocked. Breakfast is far less than expected. The tiny microwave is very dirty. The sweet rolls are cold and wet. There is free internet, but It is not easy to connect to.. check in 3pm but check out at 11am. At 10:30am on the check out day, they already lock your key card. I believe this Avid hotel does not care about customer's feeling or well being. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
