Great staff, clean room, stellar location. Only downside of the location is it also seems to be a gathering space for the very drunk and disorderly right outside the hotel in the square. It didn’t feel unsafe, but was just noisy at times. Great spot though. Highly recommend.

Hotel is very conveniently located right off the Royal mile. Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that there was construction and painting happening in the hotel and on our floor, which no one advised us about upon check in. Would be nice to know if hotel is under renovation ahead of time.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for all amenities just off the royal mile. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
