The room was great as well as the staff

Room , was clean . Hotel lacked proper house keeping. We stayed a total of 3 nights. I put out our small waste bin in hallway . Hoping maybe somebody would empty out. It stayed there for two days. Over all stay was great. Staff is attentive, called for extra pillows and towels and sent up fairly quickly.

Booking was easy, check-in was quick with strait forward process. Room was spacious, clean for the most part (some minor stains on wall and floor), service was excellent and responsive to our requests. Thank you to all the staff and cleaners for a very comfortable stay!

Great stay. Within walking distance from the mall and other establishments. My Go To hotel whenever I'm in Bellevue for a weekend getaway.
