I've stayed at the Heeton a few times now and this time when I arrived the room was too small and the TV in the room didn't work which was a shame as I was exhausted from traveling but it got fixed. I left for the weekend and when I returned for a few days I was given a wonderful room and will always ask for it.

Room was spotless. Fantastic facilities, easy check in/out, perfect location, great for kids…felt safe and secure. Will definitely book again. We loved it!
