I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location was absolutely amazing — convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean, and I appreciated how well-maintained the rooms and common areas were.
The front desk staff were particularly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering great local recommendations.
However, the service during breakfast and with food in general was disappointing. The staff in the dining area seemed disorganized and inattentive, and the food service did not meet the standard of the rest of the hotel.
If the food service improves, this place could be excellent. But for now, it’s best suited for those prioritizing location and cleanliness over dining experience.

Property is not the nice beautiful castle it shows on pictures. Its a prison with pretty buildings around it. Parking is super tight. Watched a lady make a 30 point turn trying to park. Tv in room didnt work. The other room i had, didnt have a working refrigerator. No ice is avaliable anywhere.There is absolutely no a/c. Maintance also doesnt work the weekends. So if something is broken, well its broken. Otherwise staff was friendly. Fairly clean rooms. Very nice views.
