Best staff ever! Jey was just a lovely lady and so nice and she looked fabulous as well! Loved our stay, it was so clean and so room-y! The city view was beautiful! Will definitely come again and recommend!

I stayed at the Sheraton Pittsburgh this past weekend, and this was my second time visiting. The staff continues to be absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food and drinks were amazing once again, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall upkeep of the hotel. The only small thing I noticed is that the hallways and rooms could use a bit more vacuuming. Other than that, everything was great, and I look forward to staying again.
