I was a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the entire time I was there. Getting up to the rooms is very secure.
Staff is so professional and friendly.
Hotel front desk, she was absolutely fantastic and allowed me to check in a little early since the room was ready.
The bar downstairs is a lovely touch and have a happy hour every day of the week.
The room was spacious and very clean.
It was low key luxury and I liked that there was always a staff associate visible and keeping an eye of the lobby at all times.
I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Chicago!
