My bedside light was broken, the button was loose and actually fell off. Also why no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a basic level of service surely? No plug or USB point bedside, again i would expect this as standard in an Accor hotel.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms and hotel. Close to centre with lots of restaurants and shops.
