Great location right on seminyak beach. The staff is great. Villas do need some work but nothing that will mar the experience.

The place feels pretty run down and almost empty, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The villa itself was okay, but the facilities are old and not well taken care of. The tap water tasted salty and didn’t feel clean, plus the shower tap was spoiled. And non-functioning TV. On the bright side, the location is strategic as it’s right in front of the beach. All in all, it was an okay experience, but definitely not excellent and not worth the money.
