A very sweet hotel in an amazing location. We stay-vacationed when our house was being tented for termite treatment and enjoyed the experience and plan do a repeat next year!

The balcony overlooking the ocean is huge and is a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Rooms were a little worn, but had all of the furniture that I like: a comfortable chair with a good light and a side table, lights and bedstands on each side of the bed, a small table with 2 straight back chairs and a refrigerator. There was no "in the room microwave". Currently, the Inn by the Sea La Jolla is being renovated & I am sure the "worn" issue will not be an issue in the near future.
