Clean and comfortable place. Steps away from train station though a little further from the city center, but within 30 mins by train to any of the attractions. Staff members are nice and helpful. Room facilities are functional and well maintained.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is okay only the fruits can be served better instead of in a mixed bowl of pulp. It’s close to the train but still a bit far from everything. More a neighbourhood than tourist area. For the price I’d stay again

My recent stay at this hotel was a deeply disappointing experience. From the outset, the reception staff were unprofessional, arguing over the phone in front of guests and letting their personal issues affect their service. The air conditioning didn't work during my entire stay, leaving the room uncomfortable and hot. To add insult to injury, despite confirming parking availability via email, they denied it upon check-in, offering excuses even after I showed them the written confirmation. Overall, the poor service and lack of accountability made for a regrettable stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
