No breakfast was included. The place was a pleasant surprise to us. But still had the no toilet paper in toilet policy. There were extra pillows (a huge plus for us) but no extra blanket. Still we were very pleasantly surprised and pleased with this stay. We would go back again too.

Fantastic staff and a lovely big, clean and comfortable room with great facilities. They even threw in a free breakfast and bottle of wine! Excellent value and a great stay.

We were greeted by a very nice helpful gentleman at the reception who gave us plenty of information about getting to the metro for the Airport next morning and also where to eat that evening. The hotel looks lovely and is in an excellent location., it has a nice big bedroom and a good size bathroom with shower. There is a large balcony overlooking the city. We had a deluxe double on the 8th floor. Breakfast was adequate.
The attention to detail is not good. On arrival in the room the safe was locked, the TV didn’t work which wasn’t a big problem for us but we needed the safe and we had to wait some time for the maintenance guy to arrive, who gave us a code to unlock it, this left us feeling insecure about leaving anything in it, and it is not a very big safe anyway. The air conditioning temperature was set at 23 degrees and was felt very hot, the room temperature was too high and very uncomfortable to sleep in and we were unable to change it and by the time we noticed this we felt we couldn’t ring for help, hence we had a very poor nights sleep. We mentioned it to reception in the morning who advised that we should have called, we explained that we already did this for other things that were not working but he didn’t say anything. If these things are addressed this would be a great hotel to stay in.
