Pietro and Fabian were amazing hosts, the place was fabulous and we were in the heart of Lucerne! The flat was huge! The pictures online did not do it justice. You could tell the dedication the hosts put into the decorations and the home. I can’t say enough good things. We would stay again!

The location was excellent. Pietro had been very helpful in addressing our questions. It had been like having your own helpdesk reachable with watsapp.
An elevator since the unit is effectively in the 3rd floor.

Beautiful, perfectly situated in center of Lucerne EXACTLY where you already want to be for walking, sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying Lucerne beautiful city. The host Pietro and Fabian were wonderful and welcoming and made sure we were OK - this is a gorgeous, well renovated, like-new SPACIOUS, spotlessly clean apartment with numerous beds and rooms and 2 bathrooms available. The hosts really went above and beyond the necessities to make us feel welcome with bits of special treats, water and drinks, showing us how to use all appliances, the windows open to the beautiful streets of lucerne and the apartment was complete with linens, appliances, trash bags, everything you might need. We just had to get some soap for shower which was fine - this was literally the best airbnb-type rental experience I have EVER experienced. Incredibly impressed with these people who exceeded every single one of our expectations in every possible way. Unbelievably beautiful place to rent, you cannot make a mistake and you must rent this place.
This is the section where I'm supposed to write something that I didn't like, but no such thing exists - it was perfect!
