Fantastic location at an affordable price. Right on the doorstep of Ponsonby but quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t work the oven, but not to worry, Brad was quick to help us out. We will definitely be back! We were warm and comfortable and it was like a home away from home experience. We felt safe and secure.
The shower area is very slippery if you have young kids, but other than that, the whole place was perfect.

Modern, clean, comfortable and spacious room with extremely comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette including coffee machine. Fabulously located in the Ponsonby area, only a short walk to cafes, restuarants and the shopping precinct. Contactless check in was easy and the free parking was a bonus.
We loved everything about our stay.

Nice clean and tidy handy to ponsonby Rd
We made a last minute booking and key was not in lock box. Only 3/4 roll of toilet paper Plant in planter box had been damaged on deck
