There was no breakfast included, but in the evening contact with our host and we could order pizza's which were delivered at home.
Service of our host was really, really good. Easy contact to order pizza's, even late at night. And also the flexibility to provide us with a taxi the next morning!! Excellent service, without a doubt!! If we would go back to Athen, we know who to call:):)
The watercooker didn't work, but nevertheless water could be heated.

Jolie Appartement spacieux.
Les lits fait, les draps et serviettes propres.
Très belles appartements avec de très beaux espaces et balcon .
Les propriétaires ont su nous orienter pour Athènes et nous proposer un super établissement sur Artemi pour manger et se poser sur la plage c’était très appréciables et vraiment chouette .
Ainsi que les trajets A/R aéroport et visite Athènes.
Pour cela merci de.
Le ménage pourrait être mieux réalisé (poussière dans les coins,sous les lits,et les étagères du dressing, le four le frigo la cuisine pas nickel.
Les chiens qui aboient la nuit,les équipements non fonctionnel (le frigo fuit si on met de l’eau dans la réserve distributeur) se serais bien d’être prévenir.
Pas de nécessaire pour passer le balais ou de aspirateur, pas de serpillière ou de torchons de cuisine.
Nous regrettons de pas avoir eu au minimum une bouteille d’eau et du café d’accueil. Nous sommes arrivés en soirée donc rien pour le matin.
Les photos laisse entendre qu’il y a aura au minimum du café.( Nous l’avons eu le lendemain mais en soluble pas de dosettes pour la super cafetière).

Spacious and clean.
Location. While close to airport very remote with lots of turns and narrow unmaintained roads. Barking dogs at all times of day and night.
Needed 3 keys to get in and one of those to get out. The key to the main door had to be tried many multiple times to work.
Did not comport to some information and pictures on Booking.com. Lead to believe there would be fruit and crackers and bread with butter and jelly. There was not. No wine or champaign as advertised.
No welcome packet of information especially wi-fi, access to TV, how to turn the hot water on, what to do with sheets.
Wi-fi was spotty and did not work in some of the bedrooms.
No coffee for coffee maker.
A tea bag box with no tea bags.
No paper towels or extra gatbage bags.
Soap dispenser and shampoo in main bathroom was completely empty.
Wilted flowers in kitchen.
The host, Dia, was communicative on some things and others ignored.
