The ease of getting into the main strip but fall enough from the noise and business traffic.
The road that the cabin on is too close to the cabin. Traffic was minimal, but when there were vehicles, they are very close

Away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Short driving distance to all the tourist attractions. Quiet area that is away from neighbors. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking in Smokey Mtn Natl Park. The cabin had ample space for all my kids and their stuff. The video game system was a big hit.
Wish there was a dishwasher but that was not a deal. We couldn't find the light switch for the flood lights out by the hot tub so it was very bright around that area.
