Die Lage ist super, nahegelegene Bars und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Lebendiges Viertel, Nähe fußläufig zur Oper, Montmartre. Sehr schönes, sicheres Wohn- und Geschäftsviertel. Nicht Tourismus überlaufen. Nähe zum Bahnhof Gare de l'Est, gute Metroanbindung. Kühlschrank und diverse Kücheneinrichtungen vorhanden. Sehr gut geeignet für eine Person. Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Neu renoviert, modernes Erscheinungsbild.
Im Haus befindet siche eine Brasserie/Restaurant mit langen Öffnungszeiten und hoher Publikumsfrequenz, für Menschen mit Überempfindlichkeit gegen Kneipenlärm nicht zu empfehlen. Für zwei Personen etwas beengt, aber möglich. Etwas zu viel Lichtquellen. Es fehlt eine kleine Trittleiter / Hocker um an die Küchenuntensilien in den hohen Schränken zu kommen.

La cama era muy comoda. Tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar si asi lo quisieras. Estuvieron atentos a ver si necesitabamos toallas o cambio de sabanas.
La tv tenia solo 2 canales. Estaría bien que fueran smart. Podría ser más barato pero bueno… París.
