Close to the coastline and also public transport, a little further from the centre, although a safe area. Very nicely designed room and great communicative host.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole stare in zona mergellina e usare la metro per il centro. Per accedere alla struttura sono necessari tre codici per entrare autonomamente, non c'è chiave, si fa il self check-in online prima di arrivare. La stanza si trova in un appartamento di 4 camere situate al 3o piano accessibile con un piccolo ascensore. C'è tutto, la cucina è fornita, è silenzioso, unicamente il bagno da sulla camera da letto per cui si rischia di svegliare chi dorme. C'è un divano letto grande in cucina.
La proprietaria mi ha proposto di cancellare la prenotazione su booking.com per fare la trattativa in privato, in questo caso avrei potuto risparmiare sulla tassa di soggiorno e avrei potuto lasciare la camera più tardivamente.
Una volta rifiutato, mi ha chiesto 10 E di tassa di soggiorno mentre su booking.com ne erano previsti 9, e mi ha negato di lasciare la stanza più tardivamente.
Per il resto, la comunicazione è stata rapida, facile, fluida e non ci sono stati problemi di alcun tipo.
