Vorrei partire dalla gentilezza della signora che abita nella porta accanto che ci ha accolto appena arrivati.
Leggermente fuori dal centro (cosa da me voluta) ma vicino a tutto, sopratutto un buon punto in più è avere il supermercato davanti casa.
Presente anche un giardino grande privato e un parcheggio privato.
Ci è piaciuto tutto!!!

situated in a very calm area (almost no noise, except for some road workers making noise in the middle of the night, but this is not the fault of the owner); clear and detailed instructions how to enter without the need to meet the owner on the spot; comparative price to the other options; very clean, nice, modern and big appartment only for me; comfortable bed; lots of towels and bathroom accessories; easy to store and cook my own food; well working wi-fi; easy parking right in front of the house; the owner was nice; I would come again anytime, thank you!
far away from the airport, absolutely not a problem for me as I had a car, but for someone without a car it would be very costly to get there from the airport (only by taxi); the owner did not speak too much English, but we always managed to agree via WhatsApp; they asked me to pay higher price for the city tax (21 EUR instead of 12 EUR), I had to correct them to the correct amount (does not seem fair if they do the business every day)

Appartamento con tutto il necessario, vicino l'aeroporto Fiumicino. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Dotato di parcheggio. Consigliato!
